All our products are formulated and hand-filled in India.
Are your products natural and vegan?
Every India Botanicals product is vegan, cruelty-free, and made with at least 90% naturally derived ingredients.
We do not use animal-derived materials, silicones, parabens, PEGs, mineral oils, or synthetic fragrances.
What skin types are your products suitable for?
Our formulations are designed to be pH-balanced and gentle, suitable for all skin types — including sensitive skin.
Each product description includes usage guidance so you can choose what best suits your skin’s needs.
Are your products safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
Our formulations are gentle and naturally derived. However, as every individual’s skin and health journey is unique, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before introducing new skincare during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
How should I store my products?
Keep the products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Because our formulations are made with minimal preservatives, they’re best used within six months of opening.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped directly from our studio. Delivery time depends on your location — usually 5–8 business days for domestic orders. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package has been dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship across India and are working toward expanding internationally soon.

Can I return or exchange a product?
As our products are handcrafted skincare formulations, we cannot accept returns once opened.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact care@indiabotanicals.com within 48 hours of delivery — our team will assist you promptly.

Each formulation is developed to be gentle, balanced, and effective.

Do you use fragrance in your products?
We never use synthetic fragrance.
Any scent you experience comes naturally from the botanicals, extracts, and essential oils used in the formula — subtle, earthy, and true to nature.
Are your products tested on animals?
Never.
